Paid for job and lost contact
Ross from RSM24 has taken money from me for a job and not completed it. It is impossible to contact him if he chooses to do this to you as he has no premises. I paid him mid June and he ordered the wrong part and now has stopped responding to messages/emails/phone calls. I offered to take less than I had paid him so he could recoup losses for the wrong part and still nothing. I would not recommend using Ross as he has not completed a job he has been paid for.
