Poor and dangerous initial installation leaving panels moving in the wind, damaged roof tiles, and an inverter falling off a wall. No circuit breakers fitted and batteries not earthed. All this put right and damages paid for. No installation certificate provided. DNO cert only came 4 years later after repeated requests. After 18 months batteries failed and it took another year to get two replaced, still waiting for another two. A recent inspection by electricians revealed inverter hanging on by just one screw, and not mounted on fire retardant board. Leads replaced to more heavy duty ones and new consumer unit fitted as Solar Dynamix had used the main house one instead. Now have gone to court to recover costs of the missing batteries, inspection cert and costs. Social media comments and reviews met with a barrage of pleading emotive texts from one of the owners and aggressive self pitying posts on comments from the other.
